[Return and exchange policy]


Ledansi provides comprehensive after-sales service. Based on Taiwan's consumer protection regulations, consumers who purchase goods on this website are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period starting from the day after the goods arrive .



  • Apply for return

- Product appreciation refers to the purchase hesitation period and not the trial period. When applying for a return, the original packaging of the product must be kept intact .


- The return service is only applicable to the complete return of the unopened products of the order, and will include (1) all unopened products, (2) the accompanying gifts and products in the package, and (3) shipping details .


- When applying for product return, please contact the customer service staff through the official LINE account @ladens.tw or the official email cs@ladens.tw , and provide the ordering name/order number/mobile phone number and reason for return, etc. to facilitate the customer service staff Confirm returns and exchanges for you more quickly .


- When purchasing a set of products, the set must be returned in its entirety. If there are gifts included in the order, the gifts must also be sent back in complete packaging with the products .


- When returning goods, please use the original carton to properly package the product you want to return. If the original carton is lost, please use other sturdy cartons for packaging. Do not directly paste stickers or write text on the product itself or the product packaging carton before sending. .


- Please note that if any of the following circumstances occur, you will not be able to apply for a product return: the product has exceeded the 7-day appreciation period, some or all of the products have been opened (personal consumable products will not be returned or exchanged once opened), gifts (including trial products) , travel group and free gifts) have been opened.


- Special offer products such as welfare products/immediate products marked in the store cannot be returned or exchanged due to defects, expiration date, etc.



  • Product defects and warranty instructions

- When you receive the product , if you find any defects or inconsistencies with the purchased product, please contact customer service staff as soon as possible within seven days of receiving the product, and we will arrange returns, exchanges and other services for you .


- If defects or other non-human faults occur after use of the product container , free warranty service will be provided within one month.

 


  • Instructions for refunds

- Refund Shipping Fee:

According to the Consumer Protection Act , the return shipping fee (the shipping fee to send the product back to the seller) incurred within 7 days of the appreciation period shall be borne by the seller of the product. The shipping fee for sending the product shall be paid in accordance with the shipping policy at the time of placing the order. This shipping fee is not a refund. scope .

*According to the Consumer Protection Law, the return shipping fee is borne by the merchant. Consumers can apply for recycling and return with customer service, or send the goods back by themselves.

  1. If you send it back by yourself, the order amount will be refunded after adding 70 yuan for return shipping.
  2. For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, the order amount will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee (90 for home delivery / 70 for over-delivery).


- Refund operation schedule

After the customer service staff accepts the return, the refund application will be processed. The refund timetable will be different depending on the checkout method .

 

Payment method

[Credit card] For customers who check out , after accepting the return application, the money will be automatically refunded after the seller receives the returned goods and completes the inspection. The bill refund date will be refunded based on the card issuing bank's standards. The refund operation period has expired. On the credit card settlement date, the fee will be refunded to the next month's bill.

[Cash on delivery, ATM] Please provide the remittance bank account (bank/account number/account name/branch name/branch code) and other information , and customer service staff will assist in refund processing .
